The current OEM version of Win95 is, in fact, Win95C. A clean install reports as
Win95C in System Properties, General tab.

The major difference I have found is that in addition to the USB Supplement
software, there is also an upgrade to the USB Supplement software in the USB
folder buried somewhere on the Win95 CD-ROM. I'm sure there are other
differences, but that is just one that I have noted.
