the 2nd one is true. But it may be solved by BIOS update.

also, keep in mind that hard drive use 1000 instead of 1024 when they talk
about the number game. 1G by computer is 1024 x 1024 x 1024, however, hard
driver manufacturers use 1000 x 1000 x 1000. The greater capacity, the
greater space you lost during hard drive manufacturers cheating on number
(160G should be about 149G in computer).
