This PDF file shows that cD0 steppings are dual capable.

To see this, go to page 9 (I am using the page numbers on the document
itself, not the ones on the side of the Adobe reader window). You will
see in the bottom "matrix" that there are "no issues" (NI) in running
two cD0 133 MHz. FC-PGA processors at 1 GHz. (Note that FC-PGA and
FC-PGA1 have compatible pin outs but FC-PGA2 is NOT compatible with
FC-PGA or FC-PGA1.)

Or you can go to page 16 and see that for SL52R (the seventh down
from the top), there are no problems noted with running two of these.
(There is no number 9 in the last column. Notes like number 9 are
explained on page 21.)

You must be using WinNT, or Win2k Pro, or WinXP Pro, or some other
multiprocessor capable operating system (like Linux or FreeBSD with
multiprocessor kernal) to take advantage of the second processor.
I am not familiar with your motherboard. When my Asus P2B-D detects
both processors, my Win2k operating system does use them both.
(Besides the fact that things feel much faster, the Performance Meter
and the Task Manager meter both show two processor graphs.)
