     Simple answer to this one, no. The Celeron 370 uses a new different
socket, called socket 370! :) I would recommend no person get it, you don't
save much (in fact right now I don't think you save anything) and you are
stuck with a board that excepts only the Celeron. But that is just my
opinion. TTYL
