Hello to all,

Thanks to all who reply to my post. I disable all the programs running
in my Tray Icon and defrag run flawlessly for an hour and defrag all the
fixed drives.

Please advice if it is OKAY converting all my logical drives to FAT32
and retain
Primary Drive C = FAT16

Most new Micron system running WIN 98 with very large UDMA drives are
ship with 1st partitions Primary Drive 1+ GB=FAT 16 and 2nd partition
more than 2GB= FAT32.

Again, I would like to thank you all for help and advice and nice to
know that there is a group to fall back in times of troubles
