The Cannon BJ 200e has been a reliable printer for a few years, except
for the rather large consumption of ink...Now, for some reason, I can't
get it to function properly.  When I attempt to push the switch to power
up the printer, I get a quick flash of all lights and then nothing.  I
can repreat this process with the same result.  At one time, several
days ago, the printer would in fact power up and work just fine.  I
called Canon tech support and they wanted $24.00 to discuss the issue
since the product was no longer on the market.  Do you think the switch
to power the printer is not making contact ??
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
