Yes.  I purchased the "CompUSA" PCI card about a year ago when it was on
sale for "free".  I installed it in about 10 minutes and it has been
running my printer, camera and scanner ever since without a glitch.  My
computer originally had two USB ports, but it was an FIC motherboard with a
VIA chipset that had some USB bugs.  This card ran/runs better than the
on-board one ever did.
