Well, I followed the directions that many of you sent me concerning the
cleaning of my 600 series HP printers.  It worked on the one in my office but
the procedures did not work on my secretary's printer.  Both of us have the
same exact printer(HP 692C).  Her printer seems to be even worse than it was
before.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?  I followed the exact
procedures found on the HP site for cleaning the 600 series.  Just didn't
work.  Need more help.
