Does this motherboard have any markings or model number listed??

You might go to Gateway's web site and check out the specifications on
the numerous 486 motherboards they have listed.   The web page is:
http://www.gateway.com/support/techdocs/references/motherboard/index.html

You can examine the pictures displayed for the various 486 motherboards
till you find the one that matches the one in front of you.
