I have two sticks of SDRAM (dimms) of which I basically know nothing. I wish
to know their speed, 8ns or 10ns, and therefore their reliability of running
at 100mhz (PC-100). Also, their quality would be helpful. Here is what is
printed on the end of each stick:

94128-2
4 CLK

And here is what is on each chip:

LGS
GM72V16821CT10K97516 Korea

Does anyone know how I can identify the needed information from these
esoteric numbers and letters? This might help anyone else who wishes to know
the "truth" about their memory.
