I confess.  I am in over my head here, but sometimes unsolvable problems
require thinking out of the box.

What would happen if you did a document find for a file you know is on the
drive searching "my computer"?  If you could locate a file, you might be
able to figure out how to access other records on the disk.

Just a thought.
