Paul,
You need to veify the modem is operating. Go to start, programs,
communications and phone dialer. Try an make an outside call using your
modem. If it does not dial an outside call and make contact, then it is
modem related. Check you modem settings very carefully and or call your isp
to help you. If it does, go to start, settings , control panel, add/remove
programs and go to microsoft internet explorer. Hit add/remove and then box
to repair internet explorer. Hope this is some help.
