I would begin by determining the brand and model of your I/O controller
card.  You can do this by finding the FCC ID number on the card and
then using the search engine on The NOSPIN Group web site.  The
search engine is at:  http://nospin.com/pc/pcb05.html

This should get you started to finding the web site for the manufacturer
and then drivers, if they are available, (I did this recently and it worked
out well...  finding the driver for an old I/O controller card).
