Hi Dianne,

Go to 'My Computer' and right click on the drive letter. There should be
an option to eject disc. If that fails look closely at the front of your
drive and you'll find a small hole that an unfolded paper clip will fit
into. Push in the paper clip and your drive will mechanically eject it.

During one move, I got an error box recommending redoing my copy
