Hi,

in my opinion updating the driver should not cause any problems (certainly not additional problems) PROVIDED (1) updated driver is available (2) and it is the correct updated driver.

so i would suggest you try the following URL and see if updated driver is available and also try their support page.

as far as I can tell the video card posted by you seems to be compatible with only win xp and 2K.
