Thanks for the help. I'm have been headed in the right direction. I put the
hard drive as the master and CDROM as the slave. The PS/1 indicates I
should insert a disk in A drive, showing the drive and all the function
keys at the bottom of the screen with arrows flashing pointing to the F1
key. Does this mean the it can't boot from the hard drive or is the hard
drive in the wrong order on the IDE cable? I have it first as indicated in
the CDROM manual. I don't have any manuals on the PS/1 and can't find it on
IBM's homepage. Any suggestion?
