Brad:

You should receive a Windows 95 Startup Disk with the CD. The
simplest/straightforward explanation is to:

        1. Set up your hardware.
        2. Boot to the Windows 95 Startup Disk
        3. Fdisk and Format the hard drive
        4. Run the CD-ROM driver installation disk
        5. Reboot and run SETUP from the Win95 CD-ROM

Certain Plug and Play hardware installations and/or Windows 95
Startup Disks loading generic CDROM drivers will make it
easier.
