In addition to the excellent information suupplied by Jun Qian (aka Ultra)
about your processor, you can also use H.Oda's excellent freeware tools
WCPUID (100 KB) to show you detailed information about your processor and
WCPUCLK (21 KB) to display your processor's real time performance.

I don't have ready access to H.Oda's website links (Japan) at the moment,
but the files are small and I'll send you zipped copies offlist.  More
recent versions may be available at his website, but these will do the trick
for your Pentium II processor system.
