List,
A friend of mine asked me to check his which could not boot. Initially he
thought it was power supply and replaced it with a new one. This did not
solve the problem and later we discovered the power supply was not
defective. I have replaced the memory chips and they seem to be okay. The
next task is the most difficult. How do I test the CPU? Motherboard?

Thanks
