I have an AMD K7 700Mhz processor. My computer takes PC100 memory. That is all I know about the memory, I do not have a manual on the motherboard. I would like to upgrade from 196mb to 512mb. I ordered 512mb PC100 from Kingston. When I received and installed it, it did not work. How do you find exactly what you need for memory without a manual? ECC, NON ECC, Parity, NON Parity and so on.
