Go to:
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/system.htm

and download MaxMem & install it. Configure it to run on Start Up via right click on taskbar interface.
(Right-click Taskbar,Click Properties, Start Menu, Add, Browse, Program Files,
AnalogX, MaxMem.exe, etc...)
I've set up mine to "periodic" 15%.
It's an automatic(any wonder?) memory optimizer. It's free. You'll never have that problem again.
