Go to ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/mb/slot1/440bx/p2b/
and download 1014-003.zip plus the file aflash.exe. If you don't
have the hardware monitor version of the P2B board, download the
file 1014nh03.zip instead.

It might be better to get the aflash that is zipped together with
a readme.txt file:
ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/mb/flash/aflash221.zip

You can instead use the German Asus FTP site. Go to
ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/Slot_I/INTEL_Chipset/i440BX/P2B/
and choose to get either the "hardware monitor" version or the
"no hardware monitor" version of the 1014 BIOS. (Readme files from
this site may be in German but the programs themselves are the same
as at the Taiwan FTP site.)
ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/BIOS_FLASH_UTILS/aflash221.zip

Bill
