In answer to the question of whether you could format your drive and
reload everything is not a simple yes and no answer.

Does Windows 95 have all the drivers for your hardware? Did you
upgrade from Windows 3.1 or 3.2 to 95? If so you will want to make
sure you have all the drivers you need.

A better question might be "Why do you want to format your drive?"
Are you having problems that might be fixed without formatting?

Have you ever set up a drive from scratch? Sometimes it can be tricky
getting everything working again.
