Hello,

When I attempt to use my CD-ROM this message appears -" D:\is
not accessible.A device attached to the system is not functioning."
I suspect a flawed driver.  I thought of using the "Restore CD" but
how can I use it?  Please suggest solutions.  Thank you. Jean Carmichael
