I have had Laser printers of all types for 12 years, and the only
time I ever had a problem was when I (recently) was trying to "hurry"
a page out by grabbibg it too soon. Otherwise, they are all perfectly flat.

Do you have high humidity? That could cause something like you describe.
(I'm betting they curl with the print on the inside of the "roll"...)
