This is not new right? Perhaps is an old server case.

I think what you saw in the bottom is a riser card, the mobo can very well be
in there too, guess not if you didn't see any ports.

If you really like the case and you think it's worth it you can put another
mobo in there but you'll have to customize it. No big deal if you got a drill
to tap new mobo studs and perhaps a jigsaw to nip a slot here and a slot there.
Again if the case is worth it it can be a very interesting project.
