I have an Aptiva L31 MT 2140, with Windows 95.  I get spots and horizontal lines on the screen.  I went to screen settings and lowered the hardware accelleration to none.  It got better but I still have some spots.  I tried 2 different refresh rates suggested by the monitor manuyal.  No change.  What can be causing this and how can I fix it?
