I have been given an older Toshiba Tecra CDT530 laptop. After I installed Windows 98, the Windows screen area was much smaller than the actual computer screen with a wide vlack border all around.

I tried changing it in Control Panel -->Display--> screen size but couldn't make changes to it or the colour (16bit) settings.

Anyone have a solution?
