What an interesting question. As for price, the Celeron is less expensive
and a good all around processor for the home PC that doesn't need to scream
down the net at high speed. The P4 on the other hand comes in various
flavors like the Celeron but is more designed for middle to top end machines
that are the furrow of gamers and those that produce music and videos. Short
of this nutshell the differences are more extensive than space permits on
the list. So, I have included several site where you can read in depth
descriptions of each and make a comparison from there.
