I am running a Top Gun TXPro, I think its a 560, with a 233mmx AMD chip,
not overclocked. I pulled my 4-16 meg simms of memory out to install in my
grandaughter's mobo which will not take dimms. I put a 64 meg stick of
dimms in my machine. The problem is that sometimes when I turn the machine
on, it will not boot. It just sits there with the hard drive light on and
doesn't do anything. No reset, no control-alt-delete, only thing I can do
is turn it off. I can turn it off and on several times and it will
eventually boot. Is there anything I need to change after putting the dimm
in? The values I see in the bios doesn't make any sense to me as far as the
ones that mention timing.
thanks
ed
