Tiger has been around a long time, if that means anything.
I have no complaints about my orders placed with them.
The price is unremarkable, the components sold separately add
up to about the same.  What you give up is a choice of
motherboard brand, what you gain is convenience.  However, not
having a cpu or ram in it means you have to wait until those
are installed before testing.  Personally I don't see the
advantage to buying a 'skeleton' system like this, unless you
are pulling a cpu, disk, and ram from an otherwise dead pc.
