Hello Kyle,

I'm not familiar with the Pentium II chips, 300 and 400MHz, but I do know
about clock multipliers. If the PII 300 and PII 400 both have the same
socket, then you should be able to upgrade it to 400MHz. The 83 MHz
system bus times 5 equals 415MHz. (83MHz x 5 multiplier = 415MHz). That's
close enough for it to work.
