Hi,
I sent this message to PCSOFT & they refered me to you. Hope you can help.
I recently had to format a 10 gig hard drive & reload Win. XP. Every thing works well except when I shut system down. I go START - TURN OFF COMPUTER - TURN OFF  as I did before.
The screen says  "your computer is safe to shut down"   but it won't automaticly. I have to hold the tower shut off button a few secs to shut down.
Can you help me correct this prob.?
