All Intel CPUs are multiple locked, that means no matter what core frequency
you set, they always run at the locked number, the only way to overclock is
to rise front bus speed (FBS), that's why you can't see any difference
between in your benchmark result. 500mhz celeron cpu runs at 66x7.5, so if
you set FBS to 100, your celeron is running at 100x7.5=750mhz. run a celeron
500 at 750 is hard to get success, if you can run your celeron at this
speed, you can't ask more. (those CPU ratio jumpers are completely usless,
just forget about it)
