You did not give us enough information about the laptop. The 1200 is just
the name of the series that your laptop falls in. To be more specific you
need the model number of your laptop. I did a little research and found that
the majority of the laptops in the 1200 series uses pc100 sodimms. So you
can add the 64mb chip that you have into the laptop. It should work just
fine. Good luck!
