Try this. At the C prompt type Win. That should load the Windows GUI.

Once you get into windows use TweakUi to set Windows to Load the GUI
automatically....you can get TweakUI here

it from Control Panel ... select the "Boot" Tab... put a  check in "Start
GUI Automatically" Press Apply. Windows should load normally now.
