Subject: Desktop Shortcuts

Hello, At boot up (Win98SE) most of my shortcuts (icons) initially come up
all the same with a generic icon.  Then in several seconds slowly start
changing over to the proper icon.  This did not use to happen.  They came up
properly the first time.  Can anyone be so kind as to tell me why and if
there is a fix.  Thank You, William
