Thanks for the response.
Auto Arrange was not checked. Align to Grid was checked and I tried it
without that but the icons still moved. In fact they moved on both desktops
when I Switched Users.

I have a new SCEPTRE X20G-NAGAIII Monitor. The recommended resolution is
either 1680 x 1050 or 1280 x 720. I'm using the 1280 x 720 setting as my HP
pavilion can't quite display the 1680 x 1050. The MAX is 1600 x 1024.
Before I purchased this monitor I was only running with a single user. I
just added the 2nd user yesterday. I'm wondering if this has something to do
with the monitor resolution?

My first thought is to right-click the desktop, point to 'arrange desktop'
and make sure 'auto arrange' is not checked
