Wondering if anyone has encountered this problem:

Our NT4 (SP3) server reboots itself for no apparent reason every 3 days
or so. The system, assembled by MicroPro last summer, includes:

        1 Pentium Pro 200 CPU
        (dual PPro Mycomp TMC motherboard)
        64MB EDO RAM
        Enlight case and PS

The system has two NICs, a Daystar for Appletalk/Localtalk for our
older Macs and a 3Com Ethernet card.
It is attached to an APC 450 with Powerchute software.

Any thoughts on this would be welcomed.
