Could be a heat problem. Try removing the cover on your machine and make
sure all your fans are working. (cpu fan, power supply fan, and case fan if
you have one) Sounds like heat, since it can be rebooted after it cools
off. Another way to see if it is heat related is to set a fan blowing into
the case with the cover off.
