Subject: [PCBUILD] Making a Boot CD-Rom

Hope this is the right forum! I have a Win 98 computer with a CD-RW.
What I need to do is creat a bootable CD-R with DOS as the OS. Can this
be done (I don't think there is a complete DOS system on a Win 98 system
but I may be wrong. If not, I have a Win 3.1 system but there is no
CD-RW on it, so I don't know what I would have to move to put a bootable
DOS system on a CD-R from that computer. Any help would be appreciated.
