Is the machine running properly? If so, then don't worry about it. If the
motherboard is capable, Windows 2000 does IRQ resource management using ACPI,
and assigns them differently than Windows 98. In fact, it is not unusual to see
IRQ's above 16! My dual P-III system running Windows 2000 has devices at IRQ's
18, 19, and 20.

With Windows 2000, you can't second guess where it may virtualize the IRQ's.
