  I would say that it would depend on the NOS and server-side services
you intend to provide.  If it's just a file server, then network and
disk throughput are going to dominate.  As you add more functions -- NT
domain, mail, database, FTP, Web, gateway (shared connection to outside
Internet), and so on -- demand for server CPU and RAM is likely to rise.
