Al,

On the chance that the registry data for just one dial up connection is
corrupted, I would first try creating a new dialup connection with the same
phone numbers and information as the one you normally use.  If it works,
then just delete the bad one and the registry is fixed!  If other parts of
the DUN registry entries are bad then that will require more work.
