If the modem and sound card are not setting up under WindowsME,
even though they are components of the motherboard, only means
that WindowsME does not have drivers for them.  Visit the motherboard
manufacturer's website and download the most current drivers for these
devices or the single driver for your motherboard that contains these
drivers.  Typically, these drivers will be self installing, so it should be
simple to add them.  If not self installing, you will need to open each
device in the Device Manager and update the driver for each device.
