I bought a new ( used) keyboard , but the fellow did not give me any  papers or disks. It has 17 buttons at the top to start such things like, email, www, A, B,  C drives etc. It is made by Cicero, atleast it lloks to me as Cicero is given in Bold at the top right. But pressing on buttons do not make anything active.
May I know how can I take advantage of the 17 buttons, or atleast a few of the important ones.
