  Extended System Configuration Data -- I don't know details, but it's
associated with PnP.  I don't think this message should appear on every
boot unless (a) they're constantly switching hardware around, or (b)
the CMOS option to re-scan devices is enabled, and for some reason
isn't disabling itself (it's normally a one-shot).
