I guess I should have given the specs the first time.

Intel PII 233
128 meg Ram
ATI 8 meg AGP video

I have taken out all unnecessary cards, ie, modem, nic, sound. I have
disconnected the HDD, CD-Rom.

I reset the CMOS and reseated the video card.

I am continuing to get the one long and two short beeps. Is that something
wrong with the video?

The other sound is still this kind of "foghorn" sound. In response to my
last post, Rand Blunck (thanks Rand) called it a siren sound. I would have
to say it is lower than that. That being said it continues and ANY help
would be appreciated.

Thanks,

David Gordon
