 Thanks much Glen, for yr comments.
    I have more questions, for anyone...
          => Regarding UltraDMA66; You don't
    think my current controller would allow for
    the increase in speed? But I need stability
    more than speed.
        => Would it be "safe"; ie; relatively
    hassle-free, to set up Linux partitions on
    a new hard drive using my current "used"
    installation of W98?
              => Say, would you have any idea of
    how this would work w/ a SCSI hard drive?
    =18 GB or so? ( not 60 :> )
       + Would SCSI HD allow faster multi-
    tasking on the net; like multiple downloads?
        + Would a SCSI HD be too much of a
    hassle or risk to setup w/o a backup?
                                Thanks again;
                                        Peter King
