I have seen this error cause by the low drive space on the partition that
windows is installed on. the HP deskjet printers use the spool file very
heavily. My mom was having a similar issue with her greeting card program.
the file was all of 1.5 megs but the print spool file grew to over 50 Meg.
and well she was running out of disk space. I am guessing you are running
into the same situation.
